1. Who we are

Thermco Systems Limited is the data controller for this site. thermcoevents.com is Thermco's official events site.

2. When you just visit

We do not ask who you are. Like any website, our hosting provider handles basic technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. We do not use this to identify or profile you.

3. When you contact us

If you send us your details, for example to request product sheets or a meeting, we collect only what the form asks for: your name, company, job title, work email and area of interest.

We use these details to reply to you and to follow up on your enquiry. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry (UK GDPR and EU GDPR, Article 6(1)(f)).

We will only send you news and event invitations if you tick the box to ask for them (Article 6(1)(a), consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Confidential information

Please do not send confidential process or technical information through this site. When a conversation needs technical detail, we put a non-disclosure agreement in place first.

5. Where your data is kept

This site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which acts as our data processor under data-processing terms. Enquiries are stored securely and access is limited to the Thermco team handling them. We do not sell or share your details with anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless we are in an active business discussion. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email info@thermcosystems.com. We reply within one month.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or to the data protection authority in your own country.
